The beauty of contrasting colors in abstract patterns make vintage FORDITE earrings a collector’s find. These unusual cabochons were cut in England from salvaged chunks of enamel overspray, chipped away in the 60s, 70s and 80s from the auto paint booths in Ford factories. Smart auto workers squirreled away the layered hunks of paint which have found their way to present day stone cutters. FORDITE is collected for its unique patterns and vibrant colors.
