This hand-carved maple platter is a tribute to the ingenuity of the Anasazi, drawing inspiration from the hand- and footholds carved into sandstone walls—known as Moqui steps—used to access their cliff dwellings. The surface is hand-painted in warm desert earth tones, capturing the rugged beauty and spirit of the Southwest.
