The Lonely Road
The predominate moody blue tones and the slumped stance of the lone figure on the road, impart a feeling of loneliness. A fire in the distance further adds to the sense that the figure is isolated and apart.  Heavy textures and bold brushwork add interest and energy to the otherwise subdued palette. Still, I think the glow of the full moon and the invitation of the fire lend a feeling of hope and possibilities.
