Mix Tape
My impending 40 th high school reunion was the initial seed of inspiration for Mix Tape.
Capturing the glory of 1980s pop culture was the goal, though I didn’t realize the
challenge it would be. Sifting through all the grainy, smoke-filled, candy-colored
memories, I realized I could only include a fraction of 80’s lore in this particular painting.
Please enjoy the party, and the memories that Mix Tape might induce, but please enjoy
them responsibly.
